In 2018, we thought it appropriate to create a study for an unused location in Stará Bažantnica. As we already know, this presented idea aroused great controversy and not much enthusiasm. However, the goal of this entire study was nothing more than for us, as Mikulov, to think about this location. How to create a new space for housing and services, space for underground parking, a boulevard, but also a square, greenery and everything a modern city needs.

Maybe the new city goverment will learn something from this, we would be happy.
