In 2018, we created the second ParKHaus study with BYTYMIKULOV, here we were motivated by the lack of parking spaces in Mikulov and the poorly used land of the “Komenského parking lot”. As developers and local residents, we offered this solution. It is a study created based on real data, such as a survey, transport connections, etc., we did not boil water.

Perhaps the time will come when this idea will be opened, refined, and most importantly implemented. We have plenty of architectural studies, but few implementations.
