Za\u017e\u00edt by ji m\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Richterov\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Po prvn\u00ed lekci j\u00f3gy p\u0159ed \u0161estn\u00e1cti lety prohl\u00e1sila, \u017ee u\u017e ji tam nikdy nikdo neuvid\u00ed. Nyn\u00ed provozuje dvaa\u010dty\u0159icetilet\u00e1 Jana Richterov\u00e1 v Mikulov\u011b vlastn\u00ed j\u00f3gov\u00e9 studio. O svoj\u00ed celo\u017eivotn\u00ed l\u00e1sce \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee na ni slova nesta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee je t\u0159eba ji zkr\u00e1tka za\u017e\u00edt na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Ona se k n\u00ed jako vrcholov\u00e1 sportovkyn\u011b dostala v Praze vlastn\u011b n\u00e1hodou<\/strong>. &#8220;Cht\u011bla jsem si odpo\u010dinout od bolav\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Za\u0161la jsem si ale na Ashtanga yogu, kter\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b relaxa\u010dn\u00ed nen\u00ed. Ale proto\u017ee to pro m\u00e9 bolav\u00e9 t\u011blo bylo zase n\u011bco velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho, l\u00edbilo se mi to. Po lekci jsem ale byla je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce rozbolav\u011bl\u00e1, ne\u017e p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e jsem na ni p\u0159i\u0161la,&#8221; sm\u011bje se sympatick\u00e1 Mikulovanka.<br><br><strong>Na sv\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1tky si st\u00e1le velice \u010derstv\u011b vzpom\u00edn\u00e1<\/strong>. &#8220;Byly vlastn\u011b velmi jednoduch\u00e9. V tu dobu jsem toti\u017e dlouho vedla ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 lekce Fitness a Body and mind styl\u016f. Pr\u00e1ce s lidmi, vystupov\u00e1n\u00ed na podiu a motivace klient\u016f k pohybu mi byla vlastn\u00ed. Nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed bylo si na v\u0161e z oblasti j\u00f3gy vzpomenout v jeden moment, abych lidem nab\u00eddla v\u0161e, co j\u00f3ga d\u00e1v\u00e1. V\u017edy\u0165 j\u00f3ga je velmi obs\u00e1hl\u00e1, \u0161irok\u00e1 i hlubok\u00e1. Byl to pro m\u011b tehdy jen nov\u00fd druh cvi\u010den\u00ed, ale u\u017e tenkr\u00e1t jsem tu\u0161ila, \u017ee nad\u010dasov\u00fd,&#8221; vypr\u00e1v\u00ed Richterov\u00e1.<br><br><strong>Pot\u00e9, co se rozvedla s man\u017eelem, odjela z Prahy zp\u00e1tky do rodn\u00e9ho Mikulova.<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;Tehdy zde moc fitness nab\u00eddky nebylo. Za\u010d\u00ednala jsem v m\u00edstn\u00edm Aquarium relax, pozd\u011bji lektorovala v hotelu Galant, a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se rozhodla, \u017ee vlastn\u00ed z\u00e1zem\u00ed bude nejlep\u0161\u00ed. V\u017edy jsem cht\u011bla mal\u00e9 studio pro men\u0161\u00ed po\u010det lid\u00ed, aby m\u016fj p\u0159\u00edstup ke klient\u016fm mohl b\u00fdt v\u00edce individu\u00e1ln\u00ed a p\u0159\u00ednos efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,&#8221; vypr\u00e1v\u00ed Richterov\u00e1, kterou<strong>\u00a0nejv\u00edce ovlivnili u\u010ditel\u00e9 na \u010cesk\u00e9 akademii j\u00f3gy, ji\u017e absolvovala<\/strong>, nebo kamar\u00e1dka a ajurv\u00e9dsk\u00e1 lektorka Andrea Sm\u00e9kalov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 j\u00ed pom\u00e1hala po porodu a po kojen\u00ed,&#8221; vyzdvihuje Richterov\u00e1.<br><br><strong>V\u00fdznam j\u00f3gy se podle n\u00ed ned\u00e1 opsat. Jde o \u017eivotn\u00ed sm\u011br, kter\u00fd si ka\u017ed\u00fd mus\u00ed za\u017e\u00edt.<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;Ten moment, kdy rozlo\u017e\u00edm podlo\u017eku, je chv\u00edle jen pro m\u011b. N\u00e1dhern\u011b prot\u00e1hnu ztuhl\u00e9 t\u011blo, \u010dlov\u011bk a\u017e z\u00edr\u00e1 kolik toho t\u011blo snese a kam a\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zaj\u00edt. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 jin\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed tolik nepro\u010dist\u00ed pl\u00edce, mozek, v\u016fbec cel\u00fd krevn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a nejen ten. A hlavn\u011b se opravdu vyklidn\u00edm. Aspo\u0148 na tu chv\u00edli to za to stoj\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jsou dny, kdy se kl\u00e1t\u00edm, mot\u00e1m, vztek\u00e1m, hodnot\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159edt\u00edm to \u0161lo, te\u010f to nejde&#8230;. Ale \u010dasem \u010dlov\u011bk zjist\u00ed, \u017ee je to sranda a zasm\u011bje se tomu, proto\u017ee ono je opravdu \u00fasm\u011bvn\u00e9 pozn\u00e1vat s\u00e1m sebe. A v\u016fbec nejde o to cvi\u010dit na podlo\u017ece, j\u00f3ga se pak p\u0159esouv\u00e1 do oby\u010dejn\u00e9ho \u017eivota,&#8221; tvrd\u00ed lektorka.<br><br><strong>Cvi\u010dit ji podle Richterov\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee skute\u010dn\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd<\/strong>. &#8220;A to od malink\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed a\u017e po moudr\u00e9 starce ve vysok\u00e9m v\u011bku. Jedin\u00e9, co je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zohled\u0148ovat, je nejen v\u011bk, ale i zdravotn\u00ed stav. Ka\u017ed\u00fd ve t\u0159iceti vypad\u00e1, c\u00edt\u00ed se i \u017eije jinak. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed cesta ze strany klienta je se pt\u00e1t, pt\u00e1t se u\u010ditel\u016f, l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, s\u00e1m sebe, zkoumat co mu d\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e, ale i naslouchat reakci sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla i du\u0161e. Ka\u017ed\u00fd si pak najde svou cestu. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku je ale t\u0159eba ur\u010dit\u00e9 veden\u00ed a pomoc. Kdy\u017e ale \u010dlov\u011bk chce, cesta se v\u017edycky najde,&#8221; nevzd\u00e1v\u00e1 se sympatick\u00e1 \u017eena.<br><br><strong>Sportovn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m se v\u011bnuje dennodenn\u011b prakticky neust\u00e1le.<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;R\u00e1no p\u0159ed sn\u00eddan\u00ed chod\u00edm b\u011bhat, cvi\u010d\u00edm posilovac\u00ed cviky, pak m\u00e1m j\u00f3gu &#8211; t\u00edm za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m sv\u016fj den \u0161est kr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b. B\u011bhem dne pracuji s klienty, bu\u010f soukrom\u011b nebo kdy\u017e jsme mohli tak lekce pro ve\u0159ejnost. Odpoledne pak pracuji na zahrad\u011b, a nebo cvi\u010d\u00edm s d\u011btmi. Co ale sleduji \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edce, je rovnov\u00e1ha. Jsem velmi aktivn\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk a \u010dasto jsem zapom\u00ednala relaxovat. Tak\u017ee te\u010f kdy\u017e dv\u011b hodiny pracuji na zahrad\u011b, potom dv\u011b hodiny relaxuji u kor\u00e1lk\u016f, kreslen\u00ed, pe\u010den\u00ed a nebo \u010dten\u00ed. D\u00e1v\u00e1m si pozor na aktivitu i pasivitu,&#8221; rad\u00ed osobn\u00ed tren\u00e9rka fitness, lektorka j\u00f3gy a v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 poradkyn\u011b v jednom.<br><br><strong>K l\u00e1sce k pohybu a sportu vede i sv\u00e9 dv\u011b dcery. Jeden\u00e1ctiletou a \u010dtrn\u00e1ctiletou<\/strong>. &#8220;V na\u0161em studiu YogaO\u00e1za byly i kurzy a lekce pro mal\u00e9 jog\u00ednky. Jak \u0161el \u010das a d\u011bti cht\u011bly v\u00edce akce, \u0159\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed, tancov\u00e1n\u00ed i trochu d\u0159iny, jako z\u00e1vodnice ve sportovn\u00edm aerobiku jsem zalo\u017eila v Mikulov\u011b taky Klub aerobiku, kde je nyn\u00ed deset z\u00e1vodn\u00edch d\u00edvek a sout\u011b\u017e\u00edme, tr\u00e9nujeme a sm\u011bjeme se u tohoto sportu. D\u00edvky jsou doopravdy na vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni,&#8221; chv\u00e1l\u00ed sv\u00e9 sv\u011b\u0159enkyn\u011b.<br><br><strong>V t\u00e9m\u017ee klubu tr\u00e9nuje je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159\u00edpravku. Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je podpora v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho sportovn\u00edho rozvoje d\u011bt\u00ed a nese n\u00e1zev D\u011bti na startu<\/strong>. &#8220;Jde o celon\u00e1rodn\u00ed projekt na podporu sportu u d\u011bt\u00ed. Zde m\u00e1m \u010dty\u0159icet sv\u011b\u0159enc\u016f ve v\u011bku od \u010dty\u0159 do dev\u00edti let,&#8221; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Richterov\u00e1.<br><br><strong>Sv\u00fdm klient\u016fm je k dispozici i v dob\u011b vynucen\u00e9 koronavirov\u00e9 pauzy<\/strong>. &#8220;Kdo pot\u0159ebuje, sch\u00e1z\u00edm se s n\u00edm online. Nebo klientovi nap\u00ed\u0161u dom\u00e1c\u00ed pl\u00e1n a ka\u017ed\u00e9 jeden a\u017e dva t\u00fddny konzultujeme, upravujeme a posouv\u00e1me d\u00e1l. V\u00edte, \u010dlov\u011bk nemus\u00ed cvi\u010dit hodinu denn\u011b. N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed i patn\u00e1ct minut, aby mu bylo dob\u0159e,&#8221; nab\u00e1d\u00e1 jog\u00ednka.<br><br><strong>A jak\u00e9 \u017ee m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b ve sv\u00e9 profesi sny?<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;Chci se posunout v\u00edce k ajurv\u00e9dsk\u00e9mu sm\u011bru. Dote\u010f jsem hodn\u011b studovala a u\u010dila se fyzi\u010dno, aby si u\u017e tak bolav\u00ed klienti je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce neubli\u017eovali. Te\u010f se v\u00edce v\u011bnuji dechu, du\u0161i, meditac\u00edm a energi\u00edm. Na poli fitness si dod\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1m kou\u010dink, kter\u00fd pak chci uplat\u0148ovat nejen v osobn\u00edch \u017eivotech m\u00fdch bl\u00edzk\u00fdch a jog\u00edn\u016f, ale i v t\u00fdmov\u00fdch sportech a klubech d\u011bt\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00edch,&#8221; vyzn\u00e1v\u00e1 se.<br><br><strong>Na ot\u00e1zku, zda i lekto\u0159i j\u00f3gy v\u016fbec pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed relax, zazn\u00ed z jej\u00edch \u00fast d\u016frazn\u00e9 ano<\/strong>. &#8220;V\u017edy\u0165 pokud se v\u011bnuj\u00ed jen klient\u016fm, vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed energii sm\u011brem ven. Tu pak n\u011bjak musej\u00ed dostat zp\u011bt dovnit\u0159. J\u00e1 miluji ticho, zav\u0159\u00edt o\u010di, usm\u00edvat se, d\u00fdchat. Tan\u010d\u00edm po cel\u00e9m dom\u011b a potom si lehnu s kn\u00ed\u017ekou. To je pro m\u011b nejv\u00edc. Vid\u00edte, \u017ee to jsou oby\u010dejn\u00e9 v\u011bci a v m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00ed\u0148 je v\u00edc,&#8221; sm\u011bje se Mikulovanka.<br><br><strong>Na Mikulovsku v\u016fbec nejrad\u011bji vyr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed ke kapli svat\u00e9ho \u0160ebesti\u00e1na, ale i na palou\u010dek nad lom Jani\u010d\u016fv vrch<\/strong>. &#8220;Mockr\u00e1t jsme byli s jog\u00edny i na vyhl\u00eddce Koz\u00edho hr\u00e1dku. V\u00fdhled \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd, ale proto\u017ee pod n\u00e1mi byl beton, vr\u00e1tili jsem se zp\u00e1tky na zem a nav\u0161t\u011bvujeme jak\u00e9koliv travnat\u00e9 plochy. V r\u00e1mci proch\u00e1zek nebo b\u011bhu, kola a podobn\u011b m\u00e1m r\u00e1da Mikulov snad ze v\u0161ech stran. V Praze jsem v\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee se jednou vr\u00e1t\u00edm do rodn\u00e9ho m\u011bsta a vid\u00edte, v\u0161e se vypln\u00ed. Proto pozor na to, co si mysl\u00edme, a nebo co chceme.
